  1. Why is it important to use CARE USA's online eRecruitment system?
    CARE USA's online recruitment system allows us to efficiently process your application. By using our eRecruitment system, your application will remain in our database for 12 months from your most recent update/application. It will also enable us to find you if a position arises that is a strong match for what you have to offer. It is a requirement that U.S.-based candidates applying to U.S.-based positions do so online.
  2. How will I know if my application and resume were received?
    It will appear on your online profile, and you will receive an acknowledgement via email.
  3. I would like CARE to keep a copy of my resume on file. How can I submit my resume if I am not applying for a specific job?
    Please submit a general application (you can do so at the bottom of the job search page).
  4. I cannot attach my resume/CV to my application. What should I do?
    Our system allows for attachments up to 2 MB, please check your file size, reduce if necessary and attach. We suggest that your resume be no longer than 2-3 pages.
